Refund policy

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products all sales are final. Any remakes due to mishandling/dropping/spelling/wrong shipping address/color/customer input error can be remade but at full price to the customer for a replacement. Cancellations and/or changes can not be made after an order is placed so double check all customizations and product selections made prior to submitting your order.
